Role Overview:

We are looking for a Mid-Level AI-First Full Stack Engineer / FDE with strong engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience across Full Stack development and/or DevOps environments. This role is ideal for engineers who can operate across application layers and infrastructure, with an AI-first mindset. Candidates may come from a Full Stack background with DevOps exposure or a DevOps/Infrastructure background with strong coding capabilities. 

Contract Type: Full-Time Contract (Mexico-based, long-term engagement)

Location: Remote – Mexico only

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable applications using modern full stack technologies. 
• Contribute to infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows. 
• Support production deployments and troubleshoot real-world system issues. 
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. 
• Participate in customer-facing technical discussions when needed. 

Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of hands-on software engineering experience. 
• Strong proficiency in React.js and Python and/or Node.js. 
• Solid understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and DevOps practices (CI/CD, containers, cloud environments). 
• Experience working in production environments. 
• Strong communication skills and ownership mindset. 

Nice to Have:

• Some exposure to GenAI or AI-driven systems. 
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP. 
• Experience deploying solutions in enterprise environments.
