AI-First Scrum Master (Fully-remote / India / Full-time (40 hrs/week))

This role is about pushing the boundaries of agile delivery. You’ll be at the forefront of building AI-augmented Scrum practices that keep teams focused, unblocked, and continuously improving. What you will be doing 

• Embedding AI into agile workflows from the ground up—from sprint planning and backlog refinement to retrospective analysis and impediment tracking. 

• Leveraging AI-powered tools to surface velocity trends, predict delivery risks, and generate actionable insights that keep teams and stakeholders aligned. 

• Crafting AI-assisted sprint summaries, release readiness reports, and retrospective outputs to streamline communication and accelerate team learning. 

• Championing a culture of continuous improvement—showcasing how AI elevates the agile process with faster feedback loops, smarter prioritization, and better outcomes. 

• Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies with purpose and energy, shielding teams from distractions and driving accountability across squads. 

What you will NOT be doing 

• Getting lost in status reporting and manual tracking. With AI, you’ll have real-time delivery intelligence at your fingertips—leaving spreadsheet wrangling behind. 

• Acting as a project manager or task assigner. You’ll be a true servant leader, empowering self-organizing teams rather than directing them. 

Key responsibilities 

• Drive the adoption of AI-augmented agile practices across squads, setting new standards in delivery predictability, team engagement, and stakeholder confidence across our product suite. 

Candidate Requirements 

• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software engineering environment 

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent) strongly preferred 

• Demonstrated experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching teams on agile principles and self-organization 

• Hands-on experience with agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar 

• Familiarity with scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus) is a plus 

• Professional experience using GenAI tools such as KAVIA, Copilot, or similar to accelerate productivity, generate reports, and surface delivery insights
