Contract Type: Full-time – on-site / hybrid, aligned to client site working hours

Location: Netherlands (based locally, with travel to client offices and work sites as required)

Eligibility: Must have valid work authorization in the Netherlands (Dutch or EU citizen). Must be fluent in Dutch.

Role Overview 

DT3 is looking for a Local Business Analyst based in the Netherlands to act as the primary on-the-ground point of contact between the client and DT3 – bridging operations, technology, and people, and keeping communication, documentation, and follow-through moving smoothly, whether working from the client office or on-site. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Process & Technology Understanding: Understand current processes and the technologies/tools that support them; identify the personnel who own each process/tool; map end-to-end processes and create/maintain SOPs. 
  • Facilitate Meetings: Schedule and run working sessions between client personnel and DT3, coordinating logistics and site access for both in-office and on-site discussions. 
  • Local Point of Contact: Be the trusted, go-to local contact for client personnel across functions and sites, representing DT3 professionally. 
  • Documentation & Follow-up: Document minutes accurately and on time; track open items and clarifications to closure, following up proactively with owners. 
  • Governance & Planning Support: Attend project governance meetings; support planning for new use cases via scoping activities and site visits as needed. 

Required Skills & Experience 

  • Native-level fluency in both Dutch and English, written and spoken – must have. 
  • Demonstrated ability to map processes and to understand, write, and maintain SOPs. 
  • Skilled at navigating different hierarchical structures and reporting relationships within a client organisation, and knowing who to approach to get information needed for project work. 
  • Prior experience in a client-facing coordination, project support, business analysis, or program management role, engaging both business/operations and technical stakeholders. 
  • Strong meeting facilitation and documentation discipline (minutes, action logs, follow-up tracking). 
  • Based in, or able to work locally in, the Netherlands, with flexibility to travel to client sites as needed. 

Preferred / Nice to Have 

  • Experience in process discovery, operations mapping, or technology landscape assessments; familiarity with project governance (steering committees, status reporting, RAID logs); background in consulting or systems integration; prior experience working in manufacturing operations. 

Key Relationships 

  • Client operations, process, and technology personnel across sites; DT3 project/engagement team; project governance forums (steering committees, working groups) as applicable.
