About the Role

We are looking for an early-career People & Operations professional to support our talent acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for someone interested in people, technology, and business growth, who wants hands-on experience in recruiting and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruiting processes
• Post job openings on job boards and social platforms
• Conduct active sourcing using LinkedIn
• Screen resumes and conducts initial interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules
• Maintain candidate pipeline and ATS
• Provide timely feedback to candidates
• Support recruiting metrics and reporting
• Flexibility to overlap with candidate availability (time zones)

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR
• Experienced in acquiring talent across India and Srilanka
• Basic experience using LinkedIn
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proactive and eager to learn
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• English: Advanced

Nice to Have

• Exposure to IT or tech recruiting
• Experience with international or remote teams
• Familiarity with ATS tools
